RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Did you receive a damaged or defective Item?
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents and check for any damages, defects or incorrect items. Please email us (email@example.com) immediately to let us know there is an issue with your received order. Be sure to include your Order Number. We’ll get back to you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the next steps from there.
However, please bear in mind that we will not accept products back if they were damaged while attempting to install them yourself, by improper use, or worn by excessive use.
We strongly advise that, if you’re unsure about installing the parts you ordered onto your bike or fitting them to your gear, please hire your local bike shop to do the install for you. Better safe than sorry!
You would like to return an item you purchased?
Our policy is you may return an item(s) up to 15 days after receiving them at your shipping address. Please let us know through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) that you will be returning the item(s) you purchased. Those items must be in their original packaging and in the very condition you received it.
Please note that we have a ‘Restocking Fee’ of 15% for any and all products returned in addition to recovering our shipping costs – even if you had received free shipping with your order. So please insure proper compatibility before proceeding with an order. You are responsible for the full cost of shipping your return back to us.
There may be certain items that are non-refundable and cannot be returned such as various wearables and items purchased on Closeout or Clearance.
If you would like to return an item or have any questions regarding our refund and returns policy, please email us (email@example.com). Any items returned to us without prior communication with us (being that we’ve responded acknowledging your request) will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive, review and approve your returned item(s), we will promptly issue the refund to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the return to show on your credit card statement.
