How We Ship Your Bike
You can order from our In-Stock builds, Backorder a complete bike build through our online catalogue or you can go through our Custom Program and get a bike built just the way you want.
Our In-Stock and Backorder completes will often deliver sooner (roughly a 1 week turn around) but if you are planning a new bike purchase our custom program is second to none but can take a little longer depending on your preferences.
What options do I have?
In order to keep things simple for our online completes the options for each build are limited to what is offered on the item catalogue.
Through our Custom Program you can choose you’re Frame, Drivetrain kit, Cockpit Kit, Wheelset, Tires and additional color and item options
Returns
Our policy is you may return an item(s) which are unused and in original packaging up to 15 days after receiving them.
This does not include Clearance items which are final sale. Please make your return request through email (eh@fatbikes.ca) noting the item (s) you would like to return.
Those items must be in their original packaging and in the very condition you received them.
Please note that we have a ‘Restocking Fee’ of 15% for any and all products returned if you had received free shipping with your order. If your original shipping and handling was a higher rate than 15% of the purchase that will be the charge instead.
So please insure proper compatibility before proceeding with an order. You are responsible for the full cost of shipping your return back to us.
There may be certain items that are Non-Refundable and cannot be returned such as various wearables/underwear
All Clearance items are Final Sale. Weekly Deals + Specials offer the same return and exchange policy as regular items.
Revel Rover
A gravel bike from Revel? Yep, we’re better known for our shreddy mountain bikes with legendary CBF suspension, but a little-known fact is most of us here at Revel ride gravel bikes at least as much as we ride mountain bikes.
We knew we could make a great gravel bike by taking full advantage of the ability to shape carbon exactly how we want and truly optimize the ride quality. We designed the frame and fork from the ground up, with just the right amount of damping to smooth out those long gravel roads.
Our engineers were able to work some magic to give this bike the best combination of tire clearance and chainring clearance of any gravel bike on the market while retaining the fully guided internal cable routing that makes setting up Revels a breeze.
Prioritizing versatility in its use, we designed the Rover around the SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger and loaded the frame up with 4 sets of bottle bosses to ensure the Rover will be right at home at a gravel race start line or on backroads adventures.
