RETURNS FAQ
Did you receive a damaged or defective Item?
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents and check for any damages, defects or incorrect items. Please email us (eh@fatbikes.ca) immediately to let us know there is an issue with your received order. Be sure to include your Order Number. We’ll get back to you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the next steps from there.
However, please bear in mind that we will not accept products back if they were damaged while attempting to install them yourself, by improper use, or worn by excessive use. For defective products we will do our best to advocate for you in accordance with the brands own warranty policy. Note: In many cases it is more effective to address warranty issues with the Manufacturer directly through their customer contact but depending on the brand we are always here to help you with your issue.
We strongly advise that, if you’re unsure about installing the parts you ordered onto your bike or fitting them to your gear, please hire your local bike shop to do the install for you. Better safe than sorry!
You would like to return an item you purchased?
Our policy is you may return an item(s) which are unused and in original packaging up to 15 days after receiving them. This does not include Clearance items which are final sale. Please make your return request through email (eh@fatbikes.ca) noting the item (s) you would like to return.
Those items must be in their original packaging and in the very condition you received them.
Please note that we have a ‘Restocking Fee’ of 15% for any and all products returned if you had received free shipping with your order.
If your original shipping and handling was a higher rate than 15% of the purchase that will be the charge instead. So please insure proper compatibility before proceeding with an order. You are responsible for the full cost of shipping your return back to us.
There may be certain items that are Non-Refundable and cannot be returned such as various wearables/underwear
All Clearance items are Final Sale. Weekly Deals + Specials offer the same return and exchange policy as regular items.
If you would like to return an item or have any questions regarding our refund and returns policy, please email us (eh@fatbikes.ca). Any items returned to us without prior communication with us (being that we’ve responded acknowledging your request) will not be accepted.

REFUNDS FAQ
When Will I receive my refund?
Once we receive, review and approve your returned item(s), we will promptly issue the refund to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the return to show on your credit card statement.
The Item I ordered was not compatible with my Bike?
With 15 years of Fat Bike experience we try to offer you the best recomendations for choosing the correct items for your bike but we are only as good as the info we are provided and cannot be held responsible for items that don't work. Our return policy above will still apply to any non compatible components so please ensure you check your item within the 15 day period for returns.
