How to Track Your Order
Thank you for your purchase! Follow these easy steps to track the status of your order:
1. Check Your Confirmation Email
- After placing your order, you should have received a confirmation email with your order number and shipping details. If you haven't received the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Locate Your Tracking Number
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email with a tracking number. This email will include a link to track your package through the shipping carrier's website (e.g., Canada Post, Purolator, Loomis Express, UPS, FedEx).
3. Log into Your Account
- If you created an account with us during checkout, you can also log in to track your order:
- Go to the My Account page.
- Navigate to Order History.
- Click on the order you want to track to see more details, including the shipping status and tracking number.
