RevoLoop Ultra Light Fatbike Inner Tube
The REVOLOOP® REVO.fat is the 159g (26" model) thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) high performance bicycle inner tube designed for 26" and 27.5" Fat Tire bikes.
REVOLOOP.fat was developed as a lightweight tube for fat bike tires with casings widths between 3.8 to 5 inches. With a weight of ~160 grams, it reduces the wheel's moving, rotating mass by about 250 grams compared to conventional butyl rubber tubes, making the bike more agile. At the same time, it outperforms standard tubes with increased flank stability and brings you safely through demanding curves.
Despite its lightweight, this tube has a high puncture and snake-bit resistance. This ensures puncture resistance and safety on the trail. The material formulation specially developed for this tube combines a very high mechanical strength with simultaneous elasticity of the material and thus enables the innovative, specific property profile of this bicycle tube.
The valve is made of particularly impact and break-resistant thermoplastic material. Minimum weight coupled with maximum performance. A specially designed valve foot prevents damage to the hose due to sharp edges on the valve bore. The tough plastic minimizes valve breakage during the toughest trails with low air pressure.
IMPORTANT: Do not inflate your REVOLOOP Fat tube outside of the jacket with pressure above 3psi or 0.2 bar. Otherwise, there is a risk that the REVOLOOP tube will overstretch or burst. Both scenarios could lead to tube being unusable due to overstretching; it will be deformed therefore no longer be fitted.
Shipping
We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
If we receive your order by noon on these days we can often get your order out same day or it will go out the next shipping day with the method you have selected.
We will always try to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
Domestic orders are shipped Canada Post, Loomis or Purolator depending on the item and your selected service and when your order ships you will receive tracking details via email address provided.
If you require an alternate shipping option or for Remote Area orders please contact us prior to placing your order and we will provide a shipping quote.
Returns
Our policy is you may return an item(s) which are unused and in original packaging up to 15 days after receiving them.
This does not include Clearance items which are final sale. Please make your return request through email (eh@fatbikes.ca) noting the item (s) you would like to return.
Those items must be in their original packaging and in the very condition you received them.
Please note that we have a ‘Restocking Fee’ of 15% for any and all products returned if you had received free shipping with your order. If your original shipping and handling was a higher rate than 15% of the purchase that will be the charge instead.
So please insure proper compatibility before proceeding with an order. You are responsible for the full cost of shipping your return back to us.
There may be certain items that are Non-Refundable and cannot be returned such as various wearables/underwear
All Clearance items are Final Sale. Weekly Deals + Specials offer the same return and exchange policy as regular items.
