FBC Ordering & Delivery Options
We offer four distinct pathways to purchasing your new bicycle: In-Stock Builds, Backorder Builds, Pre-Order Builds and our fully customizable Custom Program. Each option is designed to meet different needs, timelines, and levels of personalization.
In-Stock Completes
Our In-Stock Builds are mostly assembled bicycles with carefully selected components and specifications, ready for immediate purchase and shipment.
Since these models are already in our inventory, they can ship out right away, typically arriving within approximately one week. This option is ideal for customers who want a high-quality bike without any delay.
Backorder Completes
If the configuration you are seeking is not currently available in our warehouse, you may place a backorder directly through our online catalogue.
Backorder builds are in stock at our supplier's warehouse. Typical lead time is 3–5 business days to our Ontario warehouse, plus the number of days you selected for your checkout shipping option.
Pre-Order Completes
Pre-Order Builds allow you to reserve a bicycle before it has been produced or received from our suppliers. This option is perfect for upcoming models or newly released configurations.
By pre-ordering, you secure your bike in advance and can choose from the available specifications and color options. Lead times vary depending on production and delivery schedules, but Pre-Orders guarantee you won’t miss out on the latest builds.
Custom Program
For those seeking the highest level of personalization, our Custom Program offers the opportunity to design a bicycle tailored precisely to your preferences and riding style.
While the build process may require additional time, this program provides unparalleled flexibility. Customers may select their preferred Frame, Drivetrain Kit, Cockpit Kit, Wheelset, Tires, Color Options, and a wide range of additional components, ensuring the final build reflects both performance requirements and aesthetic choices.

Named after the the famous Marty Robbins song, the Big Iron is designed to be a tool to get the job done. Whether its a short weekend jaunt on the local groomed single track or an epic 1100 mile journey across Alaska, the modern geometry, stiff-yet-supple titanium frame, and lifetime warranty make this a bike you’ll be proud to take anywhere that requires big tires.
BECAUSE TITANIUM IS MAGIC
Why Cycles makes their bikes from the best materials possible for a wide variety of terrain. They use the highest quality Grade 9 3/2.5 titanium for their frames’ tubing, and 6/4 titanium for the head tube, bottom bracket shell, and machined bits all over the frame.
The wonder material has so many excellent ride quality attributes: 43% lighter than steel, higher strength-weight ratio than aluminum, significantly more resistant to crash-damage than carbon, and the best vibration damping properties of all three listed here.
We think you’ll agree that they achieved their goal of creating titanium frames with a modern twist by engineering guided internal cable routing, stealth dropper post routing, integrated headsets, and threaded bottom brackets. For riders who want a high-end, comfortable, fast bike built to last a lifetime, we believe a properly made titanium frame is the best option.
