WOLFGAR SIZING GUIDE

Footwear Sizing Assistant

Items needed: pen or pencil, large sheet of paper, tape-measure in millimeters. Measure wearing socks that you will most often wear with these boots. You will be taking measurements of both feet.

Step 1

Place a sheet of paper flat on the floor. Sit on a chair and place one foot on the paper. Apply pressure to your foot and trace the shape of that foot on the paper, carefully holding the pen vertically and perpendicular to the paper. Trace the foot as closely as possible without angling the pen inward or outward.

Step 2

Using a tape measure, measure the distance from the very bottom of the heel to the top of the longest toe, as illustrated by points A and B on the diagram. Record in three-digit millimeters (for example: 292mm).

Step 3

Measure the distance spanning the ball of the foot at its widest point (points C to D on the diagram). Record in millimeters.

Step 4

Repeat for your other foot and compare the measurements. Use the longer of the two length measurements and the wider of the two width measurements.

Step 5

Use the longest length and widest width in millimeters to reference the chart below to determine the correct size.

Points A to B represent foot length. Points C to D represent foot width.

Why Buy from FBC!

Our history with fat biking!

We didn’t come up with the idea but we definitely followed along, closely. The quest to not give up riding in the winter, which is long in our country, began early. The search for the widest tire we could fit on std 26” then 29”. More volume and tire width always made sense as was watching the conditions for the perfect days that would bring a hard snow base to our trails.

Not being engineers, we watched each year anticipating what would evolve to improve the experience. We come from the old school of bike evolution, when bikes didn’t come fully tricked and adding your own flare to your ride was one of the best parts of the journey. Fat Bikes not only make evolutionary sense, but when frames and parts came available it rejuvenated that love for building something original.

Now the fat bike experience can be many things to different riders from dedicated winter bike to year round ripper or bike packing across open country. We’re here to help you discover more on two fat tires wherever you ride in Canada. We take pride in our work to build each customer something they will enjoy each ride 12 months of the year.
